The logo of the United States' National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Images should depict one of NASA's three official logos, their insignia, logotype, or official seal.
Red, White, and Blue Insignia - 1959-1975 & 1992-present
Commonly known as the "meatball" logo, it depicts the name NASA written in white along with white stars representing space overlaid on a blue circle representing a planet. A red v-shaped wing represents aeronautics and a white orbital around the name represents space travel.

NASA logotype 1975-1992 & 2020-present
Commonly known as the "worm" logo, it is a simple logo only depicting the name NASA in a stylized red font. It was retired in 1992, but was brought back as a secondary NASA logo in celebration of the return of manned spaceflights being launched from US soil.
Example: post #3336963
Sharing most of the same elements as the "meatball" logo the official seal is reserved for formal events. It depicts a yellow sphere representing a planet with an orbital around it and a red v-shaped wing on it, these are on a blue fading to black background filled with stars and another sphere. The full title National Aeronautics and Space Administration circles the image with USA written on the bottom.
